The NBRx program connects expert retailers, consumers, and health/wellness professionals with New Balance footwear that can address specific foot issues. Our challenge was to evolve the presentation of this trade-focused program to be fit for consumers too. I led the development of the visual language and crafted the messaging for the sub-brand.
